WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED FROM AND DO YOU ALLOW PICK UP?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne Australia.

Unfortunately we do not allow pickups at the moment. This may change in the future, and we will update the FAQ section when it does.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

All shipping is via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Both Options quote delivery times as:

2-10 business days - Standard Post/Fastway

1-3 business days - Express Post

Please keep that in mind when you decide your delivery method (i.e an overnight shipment to Sydney will not get there much faster than standard delivery).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Mr Golf Grip ships Internationally via Australia Post Air Mail.

The shipping for your order will be calculated upon checkout.

A flat rate for all orders is $20 AUD.

Please consult your local shipping authority, chamber of commerce for duty/customs charges for your particular order.

Orders will be dispatched with an Invoice.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Products may be returned to Mr Golf Grip within 14 days of purchasing.

If you choose to return your order via postal mail we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton.

Please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order and the reason for the return or exchange. Please make sure to wrap the package securely and send to the advised address. Original freight charge will not be refunded, plus a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES MR GOLF GRIP ACCEPT?

We accept a variety of online payment options.

Bank deposit

Mr Golf Grip does not charge any credit card/bank deposit payment fees.
